Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) is at the center of an industry-wide paradigm shift that is merging advanced technology with more integrated project delivery methods.  Working directly with designers and owners early in the process of preconstruction, Chelle Construction leads the development and implementation of the project model.   During construction, we keep the model live as an up-to-date and accurate resource for the project team.  The collective data that exists in the model provides our owners with a valuable resource at the end of construction.
