Projects utilizing the GC/CM method of delivery require a contractor that is adept at adding value early on through the design phase. This means assisting the Owner and the Architect with Cost Modeling, Value Engineering, Scheduling, and Constructability Reviews that will result in a set of drawings and a schedule that represents the best approach to building the project.

Chelle Construction is set up around this “Big Picture” concept.  We have served as the CM, General Contractor, GC/CM and as Subcontractor on previous projects, giving us insight of expectations and challenges, and a better understanding of how to work effectively with each stakeholder.

Our Project Managers, Superintendents, and Estimators all have experience working under negotiated contracts wherein we are asked to provide full preconstruction and/or construction services and deliver the work within a Guaranteed Maximum Price.  Our work involves developing estimates from conceptual or schematic level, providing valuable insight into alternative materials or methodologies, and creating a construction plan to meet the challenges of the job—whether it be schedule, site conditions, or working in occupied facilities.
